libdfp-dev software package provides decimal floating point library (runtime), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdfp-dev
libdfp-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdfp-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdfp-dev *
You will get with libdfp-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
